  Bork, Arlyn "Jack"Arlyn "Jack" Bork, age 61, of Weyauwega died at his residence on Sunday Au gust 22, 2004. He was born on December 22, 1942 in the Town of Royalton s on of Arnold & Mildred (Thiel) Bork. On August 31, 1968 he married There sa LeNoble at St. Rose Catholic Church in Clintonville. Jack farmed in t he Town of Royalton his entire life. He graduated from Weyauwega-Fremont H igh School. He was a member of S.S. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Weyauw ega and a member of the Wisconsin Trappers Assn. He was also a former memb er of the Royalton Fire Department. Jack was an avid outdoorsman.He is survived by his wife Theresa; his children: Patrick Bork, New Londo n; Barbara (James) Scheibe, Manawa; William Bork, Weyauwega; Mary Bork, We yauwega; a grandchild: Andrew Bork; his mother: Mildred Bork, Waupaca; 2 b rothers: Duane (Delores) Bork, Weyauwega; Robert (Marylyn) Bork, Watertow n; two sisters: Karalee (Delmar) Dieck, Scandinavia; Kathy (Terry) Schmold t, Weyauwega. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends further survi ve Jack.He was preceded in death by his father and two sons: Daniel and Benjamin.The funeral service for Jack will be held on Wednesday August 25, 20 04 at 11 a.m. at the Cline-Hanson-Dahlke Funeral Home in Weyauwega with Re v. Paul Feider officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Weyauweg a.
