  b>Haufe, Kenneth C.Kenneth Haufe, 83, Neenah, died Saturday, March 10, 2007, at Vallhaven Care Center. He was born April 29, 1923, in Neenah, son of Carl and Clara (Schumann) Haufe. Kenneth married Virginia "Ginny" Single April 20, 1946, in Neenah. Ken lived in Neenah all his life except for serving in the U. S. Army for 3 years in Burma with the Engineer Corp. building the Burma Road. He was a member of Martin Luther Evangelical Lutheran Church, Neenah and the Military Museum, Oshkosh. Ken is survived by his wife, Ginny; his children, Vicky (Brad) Armstrong, Paula Rabideau, James (Gayla) Haufe and Michael (Debra) Haufe; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; a brother, Dan Haufe; two sisters, Rachael Wratten and Carol Sapulveda. He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Earl, Robert, Walter and Gilbert Haufe and a sister, Dorothy Cole. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 14, 2007, at the Kessler Funeral Home. Interment will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Neenah. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. Wednesday until the time of the service. Military rites will be conducted by the William Verhagen American Legion Post #60, Kimberly following the services at the funeral home. A memorial has been established. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staff in Section 5 at Vallhaven Care Center and also the great Hospice team. KESSLER FUNERAL HOME
