  Jim Horn, age 43, of Shady Cove, OR., was born into his eternal life on Dec.1st, 2006, with family and friends by his bedside at his home.He was born January 26, 1963, to Louis and Joanne Horn. His journey after graduating from Culinary School, aspired him to become an Executive Chef in many restaurants. After marrying Lynn Neubauer in 1988, they moved to Las Vegas where they successfully pursued their careers. Jim was stricken with brain cancer at the age of 32 and inspired many with his strength and courage. In 2001, they moved to Shady Cove, where Jim enjoyed outdoor activities, friends and especially his wife, home and river. He touched countless lives with his generous heart and kind spirit. Jim will be missed by his wife, Lynn, parents, two brothers, Jeff-Phoenix, Tim (Kristine) Appleton, and sister Becky(Paul) Hartland, and many dear relatives and friends. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, December 28th, 11 a.m. at the Wichmann Funeral Home. Friends will be received from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
