  Gerald Robert Schuh, age 53, died on Thursday, May 22, 2008, at the Zablocki Veteran Hospital in Milwaukee. He was born August 21, 1954 in the Lakeland Hospital in Elkhorn, WI, son of Robert J. & Angeline M. Schuh. Gerald graduated from the Chilton High School, Class of 1972. During his schooling at Chilton, he participated in several activities and sports including basketball, tennis, and cross country. He also attended the University of Wisconsin Extension in Fond du Lac, and the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and married Antonina Sthug from the Ukraine. Gerald enlisted in the United States Army and served as a Personnel Management Specialist from 1974 until 1976 at both Fort Leonard in Wood, MO, and Fort Ord, CA. Gerald also loved gardening and maintained a beautiful and colorful garden. Most importantly to Gerald was his relationship with the Lord. He read the Holy Bible every day and was extremely knowledgeable about scripture. Survivors include his parents: Robert and Angeline, Chilton; two brothers: Gregory Schuh, Chilton; Mark (Rosa) Schuh, Mulberry, FL; and their children: A.J., Olivia and Dominic. He is further survived by cousins, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 12, 2008, at the Wieting Family Funeral Home (411 W. Main St.) in Chilton. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 12, 2008, when services will be held.
