  Tyrrell, Ann Elizabeth Ann E. Tyrrell, 93, Appleton, passed away on Wednesday, July 16, 2008, surrounded by her loving family and friends. Ann was born on Jan. 12, 1915, to the late Peter and Elizabeth (Fassbender) Tatro. She owned and operated Kipps Restaurant on College Ave. until 1965. Ann married the late Robert Tyrrell on Oct. 14, 1967. Ann is survived by stepgrandson, Eric Vogel; son-in-law, Erhard Vogel; nieces and nephews, Patricia (Dennis) Dercks, Mike (Bernadette) Tatro, Mark Tatro, Nancy (Wayne) Steinbach, Edward (Bernice) Ellenbecker, Doris Van Dyke, Joan Schneider, Amy Geiger and Marilyn (Donald) Schlaefer; special friend, Marilyn Hesse. She was preceded in death by her mother and father; husband, Robert Tyrrell; brothers, Arthur and William Ellenbecker, Henry Tatro; nephews, Stephen Tatro, Kenneth Ellenbecker; and stepdaughter, Mary Tyrrell Vogel. Funeral services will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 404 W. Lawrence St., Appleton, on Monday, July 21, 2008, at 10:30 a.m. with Fr. Larry Abler officiating. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. until time of service. Ann will be buried at St. Joseph Cemetery, Appleton. A memorial fund is being established for St. Joseph Food Pantry.
