  Robert "R.H." Willems, age 77, of Reedsville, passed away on Monday, July 21, 2008, at Manor Care East in Green Bay. He was born April 14, 1931, in Kiel, son of the late John and Leona (Wiskerchen) Willems. He married Ruth Mullins on November 28, 1953, at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Manitowoc. R.H. served in the Korean War and then was involved in the sales of agricultural and industrial equipment. He was a member of Holy Family Parish in Brillion, The Reedsville Lions Club, American Legion Post 199 Reedsville, The Reedsville Village Board, Reedsville Housing Authority and the Knights of Columbus. He is survived by his wife Ruth and their children: Greg (Jeanne) Willems of Rothschild and their children Ted of Minneapolis and Maggie of Madison; Mary (Tom) Pfeffer of Appleton and their children Kate (Jon) Bleier of Madison and Angela also of Madison; Jack (Jan) Willems of Reedsville and their children Sam and Conner of Reedsville; three sisters-in-law: Jan Thiesen and Dorothy Mullins of Manitowoc as well as Darlene Mullins of Brownsville. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Jim and Carmen Mullins, Paul Mullins, Barney and Val Mullins, Phillip Mullins, Joe Shimek and Erv Thiesen. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 24, 2008, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Brillion. Rev. Mathew Simonar will officiate. Burial will be in the St. Mary Cemetery, Reedsville. Friends may call at the CHURCH in Brillion on Wednesday, July 23 from 4 to 8 p.m. and again at the church on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of mass. The Wieting Funeral Home in Brillion is assisting the family with arrangements. The family wishes to thank the doctors and nurses at St. Vincent Hospital and the entire staff at Manor Care East for their compassion and care during Dad's illness.
