Joshua Jay Moede, age 34, of Brillion, died unexpectedly on Thursday, October 9, 2008. He was born on May 16, 1974, to Donna Foytik and John R. Moede. He was a 1992 graduate from Brillion High School. He worked at various restaurants in De Pere, most recently at Endries International in Brillion. Josh enjoyed spending time with family and friends, mostly with his nieces and nephews. He is survived by his father, John R. Moede, Reedsville, his mother Donna (Bill) Foytik, Brillion; his sisters and their families: Michelle (Steve) Schleis, Brillion, and their children Mara, Cheyanne, and Elyssa; Jody (Matt) Denor of Brillion and their daughter Ava; Andrea (Aric) Grenzer, Hilbert, and their children Alandra and Addison; a brother Jeremy (Michelle) Foytik, Reedsville and their children Tyler and Brielle; his grandmas Verna Kiekhaefer, New Holstein, and Florence Moede, Reedsville; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Ralph Moede, Martin Kiekhaefer, Frank and Leona Foytik; uncles: Bernie Jensen and Frank Foytik Jr.; aunt Pauline Allen; and cousin Jennifer Foytik. Funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13, 2008, at 6 p.m. at the Wieting Funeral Home in Brillion. The Rev. Mark Krueger will officiate. Burial will be in the Brillion Community Cemetery. Friends may call at the Wieting Funeral Home in Brillion on Mon. from 2 p.m. until the time of service.
