  James W. Bolduan, age 74, of Combined Locks, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, June 15, 2009, during surgery. He was born on April 18, 1935, son of the late Martin and Marie (Glawe) Bolduan. James married Norma Draeger on August 13, 1955. Together, they lived in Appleton until 1964, when they built their home in Combined Locks. James worked at Appleton Paper for 41 years. Along with his regular job, he served as Union President for 18 years. James enjoyed bowling, fishing and vacationing with family and friends. He spent many good times with Larry and Elenore Allard. James is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Norma; his children: Chuck (Barb) Bolduan, Appleton; Paul (Sally) DeBruin, Appleton; Debra (Jeff) Belongea; six grandchildren: Jacklin, Molly, Samual, Renee, Haley and Kimberly; two great-grandchildren: Xzavion and Armani. He is further survived by a sister, Natalie Hussey, OK, brothers and sisters-in-law: Daniel (Elaine) Draeger, Oshkosh; Margaret (Rodney) Henshel, Appleton; David Draeger, Neenah; Dorothy Kelling, Appleton, as well as many nieces and nephews from Arizona, California, Illinois, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Oregon and Wisconsin. James was preceded in death by his son, Bruce, mother- and father-in-law, Victor and Clara (Fine) Draeger, a nephew James Henshel, brother-in-law, Victor Draeger and a sister-in-law, Nina (Buss) Draeger. A memorial service for James will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, June 19, 2009, at Our Savior's Lutheran Church. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the hour of service at the church on Friday. Dad, you were our rock! You will be missed by family and friends. We Love You!
