  Margalene Mae McGowan, age 68, of Weyauwega, became an eternal angel on August 26, 2009, after a short courageous and admirable battle with cancer. Survivors include her loving children: Julie (Dennis) Buckholt, Sherri (Steve) Olson, Rob McGowan, Lisa McGowan; seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, several sisters and brothers: Maryann Gabrielson, Marie (Bud) Grove, Don (Rose) Davis, Dave (Lorrie) Davis, Martha Bunnell, Monica (Bill) Samson, Marcie (Tom) Kelly, Marleen (Dave) Ross, Marceeda (John) Stilp, Jane Hall, Butch Davis and many caring family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents: Gordon and Annabel (Henke) Davis; a sister: Moreen Davis; a brother: Del Davis who also battled cancer. Marge had a feisty sense of humor and a loving, caring heart that will live on forever in the lives she touched. She enjoyed crossword and jigsaw puzzles, cross stitching, baking, camping and spending time with family and friends. A Memorial Service for Marge will be held 3 p.m. Sunday, August 30, 2009, at the Cline-Hanson-Dahlke Funeral Home in Weyauwega with Chaplin Jim Frank officiating.
