  Chase J. Braun, age 18, died unexpectedly on Monday, April 25, 2011, as the result of a motorcycle accident. Chase was born on July 28, 1992, in Appleton. He was currently a senior at Shiocton High School. Chase worked part time for Scott Marcks Trucking and Excavating He was always on the go enjoying power sports, fishing, working out and especially hanging out with his friends. Chase is survived by his parents, Tim and Penny, Shiocton; two brothers, Gavin Braun, Shiocton; Craig Braun (special friend, Megan), Menasha; a sister, Erin Braun (Fiance, Jim) De Pere; paternal grandparents, Ken and Joyce Braun, Black Creek; maternal grandfather, Jack Pagels, Merrill; and maternal grandmother, Patricia Pagels, New London. Aunts and Uncles: Karen (Tom) Buss, Appleton; Sue (Dean) Cheslock, Greenville; Patty Braun, Greenville; Cindy Braun, Shiocton; Steve (Kathy) Braun, Colorado; and Jeff Pagels (special friend, Krystal), Wausau. He is further survived by numerous cousins and many, many friends. Funeral Mass for Chase will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2011, at 11 a.m. at St. Denis Catholic Church, Shiocton, with Fr. John Kastenholz and Sr. Pauline Feiner officiating. Visitation will be held Friday at the Shiocton Borchardt & Moder Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m. and also at the church on Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of service.
