Clifford LeRoy Lembke Greenville/Hortonville Age 87, died February 13, 2014 at Fox River Nursing & Rehab Center (formerly Colony Oaks Care Center), Appleton. Clifford was born August 27, 1926. He graduated from New London High School in 1944. He farmed at Greendale Farms in partnership with his parents, LeRoy and Alma (Brandt) Lembke and then his nephew Eugene Doell. Cliff was a member of Zion United Church of Christ in Dale. He enjoyed bowling, was an avid reader and loved watching car racing. He is survived by his nephews Eugene (Sue) Doell, Appleton, Merlin (Audrey) Doell, Appleton and Kenneth (Deborah) Doell, Greenville; great-nieces Trisha Doell, Laura Doell and Lisa Doell and great-nephew Brian Doell. He is further survived by cousins. Besides his parents, his sister and brother-in-law, Hazel and Melvin Doell preceded him in death. Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 17, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Zion United Church of Christ, Dale, with Pastor James Decker presiding. Friends may call at the Church on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, please make a contribution in Cliff's honor to Zion United Church of Christ. He will be buried in the Dale Union Cemetery. Special thanks to the entire staff at Fox River Nursing & Rehab Center for the love and excellent care he received!
