  LeRoy H. Utschig, 71, of Hubertus, WI, passed away January 14, 2012, after a courageous battle with Interstitial Pulmonary Fibrosis. LeRoy was born June 26, 1940, to Raymond and Rosetta (Brantmeier) Utschig and grew up on a dairy farm in St. John, Wisconsin. He is survived by his wife, Ruth (Gauthier); son, Brad (Michele), daughter, Lisa (Christopher) and grandsons: Ryan, Gavin and Nathan. LeRoy is also survived by his sister, Lois Zachek; brothers-in-law, Lester Nett (Laurel), Gene Gauthier (Mary), and Russell Matzke; sister-in-law, Rita Drewieske (John). LeRoy was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Elaine Nett; and sister-in-law, Joan Matzke. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends, and his beloved pet, Taffi. LeRoy spent over 50 years in the insurance business as an underwriter, educator, published writer of insurance articles, and expert witness in insurance. He was fully accredited in all aspects of insurance and was president of Utschig Insurance Publications, Inc. Mass of Christian Burial Sat., Jan. 21st, 11 AM, St. Boniface Church, Germantown.
