  Killed by Backing Truck FOND DU LAC — (U.P.)— Coroner R. S. Timmons said here to- day that no inquest would be called in the death of Richard Noe, 6-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Noe. The boy became Fond du Lac's first 1943 traffic fatality when a telephone company truck ran over him as it was being backed out of a driveway near his home. Driver George V.
