LaVon H. Tesch, age 75, of Appleton, died on Monday, February 2, 2015, at Agape Assisted Living in Appleton. She was born on February 5, 1939, in the Town of Saxeville, the daughter of the late Fred and Eden (Tokarski)Tesch. LaVon was a member of Mount Olive Lutheran Church. She is survived by four brothers, Arlin(Dolores)Tesch, Neenah; Percy(Maggie)Tesch, Appleton, Lawellyn(Yola)Tesch, Appleton, and Fred Jr.(Eileen) Tesch, Menasha; two sisters, LaSenta(Emory)Spiegelberg, Larsen; and Darley Holtz, Appleton; two brothers-in-law, Victor Struck, Weyauwega; and Al Thiel, NV; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. LaVon was preceded in death by two brothers, Runo(Joyce)Tesch, and Laurel Tesch; and three sisters, LaRue Struck, Lorna Tesch and June Thiel and a sister-in-law, Janet Tesch. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Mount Olive Lutheran Church, 930 E. Florida Ave., Appleton. Rev. Robert Raasch will officiate. Visitation will be held at the church on Thursday, from 9:30 AM until the time of service. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park in Appleton. A memorial fund has been established for Bethesda Homes, Mount Olive Lutheran Church and Agape Homes #9. LaVon's family would like to extend a very special Thank you to the staff at Agape 9 and Valley Packaging. You care and kindness toward LaVon was very much appreciated.
