  Lucy Beck passed away Saturday, October 1, 2016, at Anew Choice Care, Menasha, at the age of 103. She was born on May 12, 1913, in Kaukauna, daughter of Norman and Olga (Kirchner) Foxgrover. She married Wilfred Beck on June 15, 1935, and they celebrated 65 years together before his death on March 30, 2000. Lucy was employed with the Menasha School District's Lunch Program for several years. She lead the water exercise program for seniors, as a volunteer, with the Neenah-Menasha YMCA for 21 years. She taught Sunday School at the First Congregational Church in Menasha for many years. Lucy was a very dedicated and loving mother to her children. Lucy is survived by her 3 children: Thomas (Joanne) Beck, Winona, MN; Richard (JoAnn) Beck, Burr Ridge, IL; and Lynda Nazier, Menasha; 8 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; a sister: Mary Westphal; numerous nieces and nephews. Lucy was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 2 sisters. In accordance with Lucy's wishes, private family services will be held to celebrate her life.
