  Mildred M. Pardee nee Schildt, age 92, of Kaukauna, passed away on Tuesday October 4, 2016 at St. Paul Manor in Kaukauna following a short illness. She was born on May 2, 1924. Mildred married Lester Pardee in 1949, he preceded her in death. Mildred sold Avon for many years. She enjoyed leading AGLOW bible studies. She was a member of Encounter Church where she was a Sunday teacher for many years. Mildred is survived by her daughter Karen Pardee of Kaukauna and nieces, nephews, and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a son William "Bill" Pardee, sister Esther (Dean) Carpenter, and a brother Gilbert Schildt. Funeral services for Mildred will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 9, 2016 at ENCOUNTER CHURCH, 1008 Hyland Ave, Kaukauna with Pastor Gilkerson officiating. Visitation will be held from 12:00 NOON Sunday until the time of service. Burial will take place at Community Lutheran Cemetery in the Township of Freedom. In lieu of flowers, a memorial may be made out to the church.
