The insurance, written ont by J. Wydeven for the New Jersey and General insurance Co., covers liability, collision and fire. The Jacob Verbeten and son bowling alley and soft drink parlor license was also turned over to George Lemmbers, who will operate the place in the future.   BODY IS RECOVERED FROM THE FOX RIVER Appleton, Wis. - W) - The body of Jacob Verbeten, 57, Kmiberly, was recovered from the Fox river under the Kimberly bridge early Thursday by a party of relatives and friends who searched all night. Verbeten disappeared about 6:30 p. m. Dr. H. E. Ellsworth, coroner, said death was apparently premeditated and no inquest would be held. Relatives said Vsrbeten had been in ill health. He is survived by two sons and three daughters. Verbeten In Fox River The body of Jacob Verbeten, 57, Kimberly, was found in the Fox river beneath the Kimberly bridge, sbout 12:30 this morning following a search led by Frank Van Liesh- out, village marshal. Dr. Ellsworth, coroner, and Sheriff John Lappeir, after an investigation, decided that Verbeten had committed suicide. They said there would be no inquest. Verbeten was missed about 6:30 in the evening at the home of his son Martin, where he had been living. About 8 o'clock a search, was started, with Marshal Van Lieshout in charge. The search 'continued until midnight before the party decided to start dragging the river. Officer Van Lieshout led the searchers to the bridge and Verbeten's body was found almost immediately when the officer flashed his light along the piers underneath the bridge. The body was in about three feet of water. Verbeten, officers said, had been in ill health for a long time. Survivors include two sons,- Martin and John of Kimberly; and three, daughters, all married, who live at Evanston, Ill1.
