  Van Stiphout, Mary F. ; Mary Van Stiphout, Kaukauna, passed away peaceful ly at St. Paul Elder Services in Kaukauna on Wednesday afternoon, July 2 6, 2005, with her family at her side. Mary was born in Kaukauna on June 1 2, 1920, daughter of the late Ambrose and Catherine (Verkuilen) Grissma n. On October 28, 1939, she married Raymond "Bunny" Van Stiphout; he prece ded her in death in October of 1997. Mary was a longtime and faithful memb er of Holy Cross Catholic Church and was a former member of the VFW Auxili ary. She enjoyed bingo, trips to the casino, caring for her geraniums, wor king puzzles, traveling, and camping. In her younger years she was employ ed at Bastian's Dimestore.Mary is survived by three daughters: Donna (Jim) Kress of Green Bay; Pat ty (Ken) Bodde of Kaukauna; and Bonnie (Don) Martin of Kaukauna; two son s: Dennis (Sandy) Van Stiphout of Kaukauna and Jim (Cheryl) Van Stipho ut of Kaukauna; 14 grandchildren: Susie (Jeff) Cysieyski, Mike (Christin e) Van Stiphout, Shari Van Stiphout and her friend Don Chopin, Kerri Keber lein, Lonnie Kress, Keith (Debbie) Urban, Kevin (Becky) Urban, Kacy Urba n, Kelly Van Stiphout, Jackie Bodde, Brittney Van Stiphout, Brian Van Stip hout, Jeremy (Sue) Martin, and Tammy (Eric) Diedrick; eighteen great-grand children; a sister: Frances (Joe) Portman of Kaukauna; and three sisters-i n-law: Margaret Grissman, Alice Grissman, and Irma Van Stiphout, all of Ka ukauna.Mary was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Raymond, a daught er Judy Wilhelm, brothers: Herman (Adelia) Grissman, Ed Grissman, Art Gris sman, and John Grissman, sisters: Catherine (George) Hartjes, Veronica (Bi ll) Van Toll, and Doris (Dan) Head, sisters-in-law: Ruby (Bill) Woelz a nd Agnes (Bill) Hermes, and a brother-in-law, Julian "Pete" Van StiphouThe funeral liturgy for Mary will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 2 9, 2006, at ST. MARY CATHOLIC CHURCH, 119 W. 7th Street in Kaukauna with F r. Jerry Pastors officiating. Interment will follow in St. Mary Cemeter y. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday evening from 4 p.m. unt il 8 p.m. and again Saturday at the church from 9 a.m. until the hour of t he service.Mom - May the wings of a dove carry you safely to Dad's side in heaven.The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to the entire sta ff at St. Paul Elder Services.
