  Robert "Bob' Welter born February 26, 1919, in Eau Claire, WI, passed away on February 19, 2014. He is the father of Nancy Hietpas, Little Chute and grandfather of Nancy's children, Bob, Susan, Karen and Kim; brother-in-law of Michael and Patricia Milton, Appleton; and Ethel and Woody Wulterkens, Kimberly. Funeral services will be held at Noon on Monday, February 24, 2014, at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home, 814 First Ave. in Eau Claire, with Pastor David J. Irgens officiating. Burial, with Military Honors conducted by American Legion Post 53, will be in Forest Hill Cemetery, Eau Claire. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to Noon at Monday at the funeral home.
