  DeBruin, Martha P.Martha P. De Bruin, Kaukauna, passed away at St. Paul Home, Friday, Sep t. 23, 2005 at the age of 93. She was born April 30, 1912, in the To wn of Vandenbroek, daughter of the late Martin and Catherine (Verbeten) Di edrich. Martha married Alvin "Al" De Bruin on June 29, 1937 at St. John Ne pomucene Catholic Church, Little Chute. He preceded her in death on Ju ne 3, 1989. Martha was employed at Essential Products in Little Chute f or 25 years and retired in 1976. She enjoyed crocheting, golf and bowlin g. Martha found much peace in her faith and was a member of Holy Cross Chu rch, Kaukauna, where she was a member of the Altar Society, distributed Co mmunion and was a prayer partner.Survivors include her son, Dennis (Carol) De Bruin, Kaukauna; two grandchi ldren, Scott (Chris) De Bruin, Kaukauna; and Tim (Heather) De Bruin, Prair ie Du Chien; three great-grandchildren, Jacob, Jarrett and Jackson; two si sters, Catherine Baumgart and Germaine Blair; brothers and sisters-in-la w, Ann Diedrich, Cal De Bruin, Carl (Grace) De Bruin, Betty (Rich) Van Wyc hen, Ruth (Nick) Geurts, Mary Alice (Ralph) Meulemans, Cliff Weyers and Gl oria De Bruin. In addition to her husband and parents, Martha was preced ed in death by seven brothers, Steve (Clara), Ray (Minnie), Lester (Virl ), John (Gladys), Victor (Ruth), Florian (Marie), and Austin Diedrich; thr ee sisters, Gertrude (Ralph) De Broux, Anna (Al) Nieling and Dorothy (Joh n) Shillcox; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bill Baumgart, Jerome Blair, Jo an De Bruin, Mary Lou Weyers, Fritz De Bruin and Mildred Smith.Funeral services will be held at 5 p.m. Monday, Sept. 26, 2005 at Holy Cro ss Catholic Church, Kaukauna with the Rev. Jack Mullarkey officiating. Fri ends may call at the church from 3 p.m. until the time of Mass. Interme nt Holy Cross Cemetery, Kaukauna.
