WAUSAUKEE, Wis. - Robert Leonard Jahnke, 80, of Wausaukee, Wis., died Thursday, Dec. 4, in De Pere, Wis., under hospice care. The son of Mr. and Mrs. William (Minnie Wundrow) Jahnke was born Aug. 15, 1928, in Appleton, Wis. On June 4, 1949, he married the former Beverly Hardin in Appleton and in 1972 they moved to Wausaukee. He was self-employed as a master plumber. He is survived by his wife; four sons, Don (Jennifer) of LuVerne, Minn., Doug (Jacqueline) of Warren, R.I., Daniel (Lisa) of Marquette, Mich., and David (Jennifer) of Suring, Wis.; a daughter, Mrs. Pam (Steve) Hines of Oconto Falls, Wis.; four grandchildren, Christopher and Nicholas Hines, Brittney Jahnke and Danielle Jahnke; and two great-grandchildren, Kaylee and Caden. He was preceded in death by his parents; and three brothers, Arthur, Helmuth and Frederick. Memorial services were held Saturday, Dec. 6, at the Kingdom Hall in Wausaukee. Messar Funeral Home of Wausaukee served the family.
