  Richard A. Geurts, Sr., age 75, Las Vegas, formerly of Appleton passed away November 24, 2011. He is survived by a daughter, Juliana (Richard) Van Asten; son, Richard (Linda) Geurts Jr.; grandchildren, Christie (Kevin), Ryan (Amelia), Ryan, Trisha (Adam), Amanda; great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Shayla, Cadence, Trace and Isis; brothers, Robert, Freedom and DuWayne (Jeanette), Eau Claire. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Arnold and Evelyn (Vandenberg) Geurts; brother, Ronald; sister, Beatrice Green; sisters-in-law, Laverne and Betty. A memorial visitation will be held on Sat., December 10, 2011 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. at Valley Funeral Home, Appleton.
