  Joseph J.A. Dollevoet, 30, of Little Chute, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, June 1, 2013. He was born August 23, 1982, son of Joseph and Mary (Van Asten) Dollevoet. Joe attended St. John grade school and graduated from Little Chute High School, Class of 2001, excelling in football, basketball and baseball. Joe enjoyed working with his hands, and was employed as a construction worker at Fox Structures. He loved anything in the great outdoors, especially hunting, fishing or sitting outside around the campfire listening to country music. Most importantly, Joe loved his family and friends, and was especially proud to be an uncle to Kamar and Elliana. He will be missed by all who knew him. Joe is survived by his parents, Joe and Mary; a sister, Danielle Dollevoet; niece and nephew, Kamar and Elliana; grandparents, Art (Jan) Van Asten; aunts and uncles: Rick (Julie) Van Asten, Cindy (Scot) Jansen, Connie Van Asten, Mark (Laurie) Van Asten, Christy (Dan) Verbeten, Bill (Lori) Van Asten, Dennis Van Asten, Brian (Colleen) Van Asten, Brad (Jill) Van Asten, Dick (special friend Iny) Dollevoet, Jack Dollevoet, Judy (Ron) Hooyman; many cousins and other family members; special friends: Mike, Sully, Boss, Brutus, Jeff, Trevor, Jason, Jake, Matt and countless other good friends, and very special friend, Rachael Van Camp. Joe was preceded in death by his grandparents: Joe and Sella Dollevoet and Donna Van Asten; godparents: Pat Dollevoet and Marty Dollevoet; uncle, Paul Van Asten; special cousin, Amy Van Asten. Memorial services will be held at 5:00 p.m. Friday, June 7, 2013, at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church, 323 S. Pine St., Little Chute, with Msgr. Jim Vanden Hogen officiating. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery, Little Chute. Visitation will be at the church on Friday from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the Mass. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Joe's name. Published in Appleton Post-Crescent from June 2 to June 4, 2013
