  David Balthazor, 57, of Appleton, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Friday, February 4, 2011. He was born on December 7, 1953 in Omro, the son of the late Jerome and Cora (Besaw) Balthazor. Dave worked at Rocket Sewer, Drain and Setic. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Dave will now join his dog Freedom and they will be able to run free. David is survived by his son: Shane Balthazor, Lewistown, Montana; brother: Michael (Emmy) Balthazor, Kaukauna; niece: Michelle (Chad) Krabbe, Little Chute; special friends: Gwenn and Jim Steele, Appleton and Jimmy Willes, Appleton, along with many other friends. He was preceded in death by a special friend, Angel. Droopy requested no formal services. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Fox Valley Humane Society are appreciated.
