    Obituary:
    Art Hendricks, age 95, passed away at home on Wednesday morning, March 16, 2011. Art was born in Little Chute on August 27, 1915, son of the late Martin and Gertrude (De Bruin) Hendricks. For many years, he and his wife, Martha, farmed in the town of Freedom. Martha preceded him in death in March of 1995.
    Art is survived by four daughters: Betty Heider, Shirley (Donald) Stuckart, Rosie (Kenn) Forsythe, and Bonnie Blount, all of Appleton; seven grandchildren: Rock Heider and his fiancee Marsha Berndt, Wendy (Ray) Kampo, Steve (Carrie) Stuckart, Brian Stuckart, Todd Forsythe, Tammy Forsythe, and Levi Blount; nineteen great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. Other survivors include three sisters and a brother: Inez Ebben, Angela Geurts, and Theresa Schmidt; and two sisters-in-law: Gladys Hendricks and Mary Jane Hendricks.
    Art was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, a son-in-law Floyd, an infant son Joseph, a grandson Scott Stuckart, sisters Loretta (Les) Diedrich and Minnie (Pete) Hietpas, brothers: Ed Hendricks and Leo Hendricks; brothers-in-law: Ves Geurts, Joe Schmidt, and Ed Ebben; and a sister-in-law: Agnes Hendricks.
    The funeral liturgy for Art will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 19, 2011, at ST. NICHOLAS CATHOLIC CHURCH in Freedom, with Fr. Dave Hoffman officiating. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery. Friends may call directly at the church on Saturday morning from 9 a.m. until the time of the service.
