    Obituary:
    Harold H. Techlin, 88, Appleton, passed away Monday, December 13, 2010. He was born November 4, 1922 to the late Alfred and Edna (Freund) Techlin in Appleton. Harold married Arlene Calnin on July 15, 1944.
    He is survived by his wife Arlene; children: Karen Coons and Terry (Nancy) Techlin; four grandchildren: Kris (Jerry) Sparkman, Keri Coons, Kelli Coons, Tim Techlin; three precious great grandchildren: Marcel Coons, Opal and Cleo Sparkman; brother, Lloyd (Shirley) Techlin and brother-in-law, John (Yvonne) Calnin.
    Harold was preceded in death by his parents; father and mother-in-law, John Sr. and Rose Calnin; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Sally (Ed) Plach.
    There will be Private family services held for Harold, per his request.
    A special thank you to Amanda Heiting for bringing joy and providing loving care to Harold.

    Obituary:
    Lloyd C. Techlin, age 86, passed away on Monday, August 18, 2014, after a courageous battle with leukemia. Lloyd was born on April 14, 1928, to the late Alfred and Edna Techlin. He grew up on a farm in the Town of Center and farmed there all of his life. On September 8, 1951, Lloyd married Shirley Wendt, daughter of the late George and Hilda (Schroeder) Wendt, and they spent 62 wonderful years together. He greatly enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling, and playing Sheepshead. Lloyd especially loved spending time with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
    He is survived by his wife, Shirley Techlin; sons, Randy Techlin and Kim (Penny) Techlin; grandchildren, Ryan (Jessica) Techlin, Tamara (Christopher) Mattioli, Jason Techlin, Aaron (Kristin) Techlin, Amber Techlin, and Tyler Techlin; great-grandchildren, Elijah and Lilliana Mattioli, Jocelyn and James Techlin, and Pierce Faskell; sister-in-law, Arlene Techlin; and brothers-in-law, Merle (Ruth) Wendt, Larry (Carol) Wendt, and Jim Kiefer. Lloyd was preceded in death by his parents, parents-in-law; son, Tommy Ray Techlin; brother, Harold Techlin; and sister-in-law, JoAnn Kiefer.
    Funeral services for Lloyd will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 21, 2014, at ST. PETER EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, N2740 French Road, Appleton. A time of visitation will be held at the church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
    The family would like to extend a special thanks to the Hematology and Oncology staffs at AMC for all of their compassionate care.

    Lloyd married Wendt, Shirley 8 Sep 1951. Shirley (daughter of Wendt, George and Schroeder, Hilda) was born 1 Aug 1930; died 6 Oct 2017, Appleton, Outagamie, Wisconsin, USA; was buried , Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Appleton, Wisconsin, USA. [Group Sheet]
