    See Image Theodore A. Wydeven 130 N. Main St., Kimberly Age 80, passed away 11 p.m. Saturday after a short illness. He was born in Uden, Holland, January 28,1887. He operated a shoe store in Kimberly from 1910 to 1946. He was a member of the Kimberly Businessmen's Association, the Holy Name Society, Kimberly, the Knights of Columbus, Appleton Council 607, secretary of the Fox River Valley Baseball Association for many years, he was also a former Pioneer Businessman.     Kathleen "Kate" M. Allen, 98, of Midland, MI. formerly of Wisconsin, passed away December 22, 2015. She was born December 14, 1917 in Kimberly, Wisconsin, daughter of the late Theodore and Josephine (DeGroot) Wydeven. Kathleen was raised and educated in Kimberly. She and her late husband, Clarence B. Allen raised their family in Neenah, WI. She was a member of the St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Neenah. Kathleen was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and was also an accomplished artist and seamstress. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and participating in many card clubs. Kathleen will be remembered as a genuine caring and gentle woman. Her greatest pleasure was spending time with her family and friends.
    Surviving is her daughter, Jean (Grosvenor) Van Dusen of Victoria, TX; and her sons, John (Denise) Allen of Midland, MI; and James (Patricia) Allen of Chippewa Falls, WI; seven grandchildren, Jennifer, Tres', Ashlea, Marnie, Kelli, Carrie and Erika. Also surviving is her brother, John (Shirlee) Wydeven of Kimberly, WI; and many great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, Kathleen was predeceased by her daughter, Jane, her brother, Cliff (Harriet) Wydeven, and sisters, Rosamond (Norman) Wiegman and Mary (Richard) Hoolihan.
    Funeral services will take place at 11 a.m. Friday, January 8, 2016 in the Chapel of the Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, 1451 Green Valley Rd. Neenah, WI. Entombment will follow in the Gardens of Peace Mausoleum. Kathleen's family will receive friends at the cemetery chapel on Friday from 10 a.m. until the services.
    Kathleen's family would like to extend their appreciation to Kings Daughters Home and Heartland Hospice for the compassion and loving care they shared with her. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorials in her name to be made to the donor's favorite charity.     Mary Jo Hoolihan, 90, Kimberly, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 31, 2010, at St. Paul Elder Services. She was born on June 18, 1920, in Kimberly, the daughter of the late Theodore and Josephine (DeGroot) Wydeven. Mary Jo graduated from Kimberly High School-Class of 1938. During her years at Kimberly High School, Mary enjoyed drama and had a role in every school play.
    She served in the U.S. Navy during World War II as a dental technician from 1944-1946. On September 24, 1946, she married Richard Hoolihan at Holy Name Catholic Church in Kimberly. She was a member of Holy Spirit Parish in Kimberly.
    Mary Jo was a dental assistant with Dr. Deloria in Kaukauna until they started a family. Dick and Mary bought Wydeven's Shoe Store on Main Street in Kimberly from Mary's father in 1949. They operated Hoolihan's Shoe Store in the same location on Main Street until Dick's retirement in 1983.
    Mary has always enjoyed supporting Kimberly athletics, as well as attending her children and grandchildren's sporting events. At the Kimberly High School Homecoming in 2004, she was honored for being the author of the Papermaker's school song. She was active in three bridge clubs and she enjoyed cooking, needlework, golfing and gardening. Mary was meticulous about her appearance and home. Family was extremely important to her and she was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother.
    Mary Jo is survived by her children, Dan (fiancee, Marianne Plotnik) Hoolihan, Shakopee, Minn.; and Kathy (Don) Keddell, Menasha; grandchildren, Sam (Anne-Marie), Mike and Nick Hoolihan, all of Minneapolis; and Molly (Curtis) Maurer, Neenah; step-grandson, Kyle (April) Keddell, Menasha; great-granddaughter, Breleigh Maurer; sister, Kathleen Allen, Michigan; and brother, Jack (Shirlee) Wydeven, Kimberly. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
    Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Dick Hoolihan; sister, Rosamund (Norman) Wiegman; brother, Clifford (Harriet) Wydeven; and brother-in-law, C.B. Allen.
    The funeral liturgy for Mary Jo will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday, January 5, 2011, at HOLY SPIRIT PARISH - KIMBERLY, 600 E. Kimberly Avenue, with the Rev. David Beaudry officiating. Burial will take place at the parish cemetery. Friends will be received at the church on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of Mass. Please join us immediately following the Mass for military honors.
    In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in her name.
    The family extends their appreciation to the staff at St. Paul, especially Sister Dorothy, Mary, Margie, Tina and Mike, for their compassion, dignity and respect shown to our Mother and family during her stay.
    Mary will always be remembered for her loving dedication to her family.

    Dan "Hoolie" was born on June 28, 1952 to Richard & Mary Jo Hoolihan, in Appleton, WI. "Hoolie" was a graduate of Kimberly High School and the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh. He lived in Kimberly and Appleton, WI until 1992 and then moved to Minneapolis, MN. Hoolie's longtime career was with Secura Insurance, until retiring in May of 2013.
    "Hoolie" was preceded in death by his father, Richard Hoolihan (2008) and mother Mary Jo Hoolihan (2010). He is survived by three sons: Sam D. Hoolihan (Anne-Marie), Nicholas D. Hoolihan and Michael D. Hoolihan, one grandson: Harris J. Hoolihan, a sister: Kathy Keddell (Don) and fiancé: Marianne Plotnik.
