Obituary:
Gloria Schuh Steinfest, age 79, of Brillion, died on Thursday, March 27, 2014 at Bellin Hospital in Green Bay. She was born on June 25, 1934 in Askeaton, daughter of the late Steven & Cora (Vanderloop) Wittmann. On May 30, 1955, she married Harland Schuh. He preceded her in death on December 20, 1987. On April 12, 1997, Gloria married Don Steinfest. She was a teacher's aid at Brillion Elementary School for several years and then worked as a book keeper for Brooks Oil Company in Hollandtown. She loved playing cards, doing puzzles, spending time with her family and following her grandchildren's activities. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Brillion, the Christian Mothers and the Red Hatters. Survivors include her husband Don, her children, Ellen Bays of Orlando, FL, Steven (Ann) Schuh of Milton, Sue (Brian) Jensen of Reedsville, her step children, Lori (Brian) Horn of Brillion, Dale Steinfest of Forest Junction, Dean (Sharon) Steinfest and Darrell (Heather) Steinfest all of Brillion, her grandchildren, Rhonda (Kevin) Bryant, Carrie Bays, Jacquelyn Schuh, Matt Schuh, Kevin Schuh, Zach Jensen and Josh Jensen, step grandchildren, Amber (Kevin) Leiterman, Michael (Brittney) Horn, Tom Horn and fiancé Elizabeth, Kayla McDaniel, Josie McDaniel, Justin McDaniel and Sierra Steinfest, 11 great grandchildren,3 sisters, Arlene Fink of Kaukauna, LaVern Meyer of Kiel and Dorothy (Al) Zahn of Brillion, a brother Marvin Wittmann of Little Chute and many other relatives and friends. Gloria was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Harland, a daughter Ann Marie, son-in-law Ron Bays, and a sister Rita Lau. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 1 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Brillion. The Rev. Timothy Brandt will officiate. Burial will be in Holy Family Cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Monday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. and then again on Tuesday from 9:00-10:30 a.m. There will be a parish prayer service at 8:00 p.m. Monday evening.
