    Brian Sebastian Griesbach, formerly of Appleton. Brian passed away peacefu lly at Lee Memorial Hospital in Fort Myers, Florida, on February 3, 200 5, as a result of a construction accident. He was born in Appleto n, WI on February 8, 1969, the son of Glen and Rose Marie "Patty" (Sturm ). He was raised in Appleton and graduated from Appleton East High Scho ol in 1987. Brian was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwauke e, with a Bachelor's Degree in journalism.Brian worked for the St Croix Times, Virgin Islands, for 2 years and th en for the Fountain Hills Times, Arizona for 5 years as a writer/journalis t. He then returned to Wisconsin to work for his brother's construction bu siness. Most recently, Brian was residing in Port Charlotte, FL, worki ng as part of the hurricane repair efforts. He loved writing, reading, fis hing, golfing and the ocean.Brian is survived by his parents, Glen and Rose Marie; three brothers: Gr eg (Cindy), Tim (Tani) and Randy (Linda), all of Appleton; two sisters, Jo an (Pat) Forbes, Queen Valley, AZ; Deb (Jack) Christianson, Appleton; a nd 11 nieces and nephews: Misty, Jamie, Adam, Sam, Stacie, Emily, Melani e, Josh, Melanie, Amanda and Randall.The funeral mass will be held at 6 p.m., on Thursday, February 10, 20 05 at ST. BERNADETTE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2331 East Lourdes Drive, Appleton, w ith Father John Gallagher officiating. The visitation will be held at t he church on Thursday, February 10 from 3 p.m. until the time of servic e. The interment will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Appleton.Remember me with smiles and laughter, for that's how I'll remember you al l.
