    Obituary:
    Nadine Dorothy Morgan, age 100, of Kaukauna, passed away, only to be with her Lord, husband, past family and friends. She was reunited, in peace and happiness with everyone on Sunday, November 27, 2016. Our beautiful Mom was born in Jump River, Wisconsin - along a river in a log home on April 13, 1916. She was the first born of seven siblings. Raised on a farm, most of her duties were domestic, such as, caring for the young, baking, canning, washing and cooking. She had a feisty spirit and a sense of adventure.
    She graduated from Medford High School and was the first of many women to venture out into the working world as a graduate of St. Joseph Nursing School in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Many doors were opened for her. A successful career in nursing, an icon at Kaukauna Community Hospital, and a long beautiful marriage to Raymond Morgan, lots of friends and three children.
    "We are so proud of you, Mom". Nancy Morgan Close, first born; beautiful, kind compassionate caregiver the last year of mom's life. You are appreciated so much! Thank you for all your care and compassion.
    Linda Morgan Russo, second born, loved mom with all her heart and with respect and care for her wishes.
    Dan Morgan, the third born, a son adored. Thanks Dan for all of your love, cooking, care, and "driving".
    Soooooooo…. Her wish was "no nursing home"; and we honored that wish until her final days.
    Grandchildren are: Paul Russo of Chicago, Illinois; Amie (Brad Choate) Russo of Chicago, Illinois; Katy Blom of DePere; Jill Scott of DePere; Briana (Nathan) Bauer of Hudson; and Bridget Morgan of Hudson. Great grandchildren: Pia, Meghan, and Camille of Chicago, Illinois; Owen of Chicago, Illinois; Ella "Bean" and Cameron of DePere; Charlie and Leo of Hudson.
    Services for Nadine will be held at 4:15 p.m. on Friday, December 2, 2016 at BETHANY LUTHERAN CHURCH, 124 W 10th Street, Kaukauna, with Pastor Levi Willms officiating. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service. Boettcher Family Funeral Home of Kaukauna is assisting the family. 920-766-2099. www.boettcherfamilyfuneral.com.
    Mom, our hero and our leader (Boss); We were blessed to have you here on earth for so many years.
    The family would like to thank the staff of Heartland Hospice, especially Crystal who made "grandma" smile.
