Obituary:
James R. Wittmann, age 58, passed away unexpectedly at home February 26, 2006. He was born in Kaukauna, WI, on October 5, 1947, to the late Argo a nd Esther (Cotter) Wittmann. James was a life long Resident of the Applet on area. He served for 23 years in the Air Force before retiring in 198James is survived by his son, Michael (fiance Tracy Gerrits) of Kimberl y; nephew, Jay (Rachel) Fredrickson of Menasha; a brother, Eugene (Judy) W ittmann of Palm Harbor, FL; and a sister, Janice (Clifford) Gosz of Applet on. He is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, March 3, 2006, at Vall ey Funeral Home with Pastor Michael Schmalz officiating. Visitation wi ll be from 4 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home. In lieu of ot her expressions of sympathy a memorial fund is being established. Valley Funeral Home 2211 N.
