    Obituary:
    Wayne A. Kempf, age 44, of Weyauwega died on Tuesday, October 31, 2017, unexpectedly as the result of a massive stroke. He was born on February 13, 1973 in Waupaca. Wayne graduated from New London High School in 1991. On September 2, 1995, he was united in marriage to his high school sweetheart, Shirlie Roe at Emanuel Lutheran Church, New London. Wayne worked at Curwood in New London his entire working career over 20 years. He enjoyed fishing, watching the Brewers and Packers, dreaming about his future farm, having a good beer and traveling to Wisconsin Dells with his family. Wayne served as a Cub Scout leader for several years.
    He is survived by his wife Shirlie; children: Madalyn (significant other, Matthew Tock), Elizabeth "Cece", Avery, and Quinten; his mother, Suzanne (Mitchell) Collar; siblings: Ann Collar (significant other, Matt Gee), Lee (Valerie) Collar, Paul Collar. He is further survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.
    He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Raymon and Joyce Kempf, a son Raymon, an aunt Barb Stuebs, a niece Alexandra Besaw and a cousin, Amy Loehrke.
    Funeral services for Wayne will be held on Monday, November 6, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at Emanuel Lutheran Church, New London with Rev. Dennis Lemke officiating. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 5, 2017 from 4-7 p.m. at the Cline & Hanson Funeral Home, New London and also at the church on Monday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service.
    The family would like to extend a special thank you to the doctors, nurses, and staff at Theda Clark Regional Medical Center in Neenah and also thank you to all the friends, family and neighbors who showed us unending support the last weeks.
    In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
