    Obituary:
    Marjorie J. Van Ryzin, 87, formerly of Appleton, passed away peacefully Wednesday, November 7, 2007, at the Edgewater Haven Nursing Home, Port Edwards, Wisconsin. She was born June 18, 1920, to the late Ernest and Margaret (Fehrman) Janz in Wisconsin Rapids. Marge married Oscar Van Ryzin on July 11, 1947, and he precedes her in death. She was a lifelong member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Appleton and an active member of the VFW Women's Auxiliary.
    She is survived by her children: Debra (Scott) Rome, Streamwood, IL; Diane (Michael) Reddy, Wisconsin Rapids; Richard (Barbara) Natrop, Palmyra; Suzanne (and the late Earl) Reese, Belen, New Mexico and James (Shirley) Van Ryzin, Albuquerque, New Mexico. She is further survived by numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
    She was also preceded in death by her brother Kenneth Janz.
    Funeral services for Marjorie will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, November 10, 2007, at the Valley Funeral Home with Rev. Kurt Kovanen officiating. Entombment will be in Highland Memorial Park, Appleton. Friends may visit the family at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until the time of services Saturday.
