    Obituary:
    Carol Krebsbach, formerly of Darboy, passed away after a brief illness on Saturday morning, October 29, 2016. Carol was born in Little Chute on April 30, 1930, daughter of the late Raymond and Laura (Van Boxtel) Springer. She was a graduate of the Appleton High School and graduated from nursing school in Oshkosh. For many years, she worked for Dr. Kitzerow and Dr. Rankin, both in Appleton. Carol enjoyed spending time with her family, being outdoors, fishing, and being at the cabin for the annual vacation. She loved a trip to the casino, and as a lover of music, in her younger years she played the organ and the accordion in a small band. Carol was also a talented knitter who enjoyed a good glass of wine.
    Carol is survived by her loving husband of sixty-four years: Herman Krebsbach, now living in Neenah; five children: Tom (Mary) Krebsbach of Elgin, Illinois; Barb Krebsbach of Sarasota, Florida; Jeanne (Jeff) Johnson of Menasha; John (Ina) Krebsbach of Austin, Texas; and Lori (Tom) Frederick of Neenah. There are also eight grandchildren: Tom (Keyko) Krebsbach, Jr., Megan (Jeremy) Kox, Kaila (Brandon) Mielke, Joel Johnson, Ryan Frederick and special friend Olivia Behm, Shelby Frederick and fiancé Brandon Ansems, Jeana Johnson and special friend Cory Schmidt, and Abby Frederick. Carol is also survived by five great-grandchildren and two sisters-in-law: Elizabeth Pitzen of Arizona and Geneva Krebsbach of Fond du Lac. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Lawrence Springer, and ten of Herman's brothers and sisters and their spouses.
    A memorial funeral liturgy for Carol will be held at 12:00 Noon on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at Holy Spirit Church - Darboy, located at W5831 County Road KK in Appleton. Family members and friends are welcome to gather at the church on Thursday morning from 10:00 AM until the hour of the service.     Judy L. Wendt (Springer) fought a courageous battle with bile duct cancer. She passed away Thursday May 30, 2013. Jesus said "Welcome Home Judy".
    Judy was born in Appleton, December 11, 1942 to William and Dolores (Fisher) Springer, the olderst of nine children. She attended St. Therese grade school, Roosevelt Junior High School and graduated from Appleton High School (West) in 1961. Judy and Gene Wendt were united in marriage August 12, 1994. Their marriage was blessed August 18, 2012 by Father Dennis Stanchik at St. Bartholomew in Stevens Point.
    Judy worked for about 18 years for AT&T before moving to California. She and Gene managed a motel in Wasco, CA and she also worked for Arcadian Trucking in Kingsburg, CA until they moved back to Wisconsin in 1993, to the Stevens Point area. She worked most recently at Wal-Mart in Stevens Point until she retired in 2010.
    Judy enjoyed working in her vegetable garden, tending her flowers and fruit bushes. She would freeze and can Jelly and sauces that she made when things grew well. If you went to visit at the right time you could go home with jelly, pickles or fruit cake. Her fruit cake is potent. She sewed so many stuffed animals that she could have had her own small zoo if she had not given them as gifts. Judy loves to share with people. When Judy and Gene traveled, they liked to stay at bed and breakfasts around the state and see different sites in the areas they visited.
    Judy is survived by her loving husband Gene Wendt, her children Tony (Sandy) Omachinski, Neenah, Robert Omachinski, Menasha, Mary Beth (Mike) Federman, Kaukauna and her grandchildren Chris Ulman, Katie Omachinski, Heidi (Kong) Vang, Nick Federman and Jaycee Omachinski and 4 great-grandchildren. Judy is also survived by her mother Dolores Springer, her sisters and brothers, Suzanne (David) Rogers, Appleton, Ted (Pat) Springer, Wisconsin Rapids, Kathleen Springer Menasha and special friend Jim Jensen. Phillip (Gail ) Springer, Plover, Carl (Mary)Springer, Appleton, Nick (Margaret) Springer, Amherst Junction and Robert (Cathy) Springer, Kaukauna and Gene's family, Marvin Wendt, Doris (Martin) Vollmer, Don (Jeeri) Wendt, Eleanor Dahlke, Jane Dreiske, Lois Wendt and many nieces and nephews and her very special friends; Patricia, Faye, Carolyn, Gloria, Sally, Mary and Elaine.
    She was preceded in death by her father, William Springer in 1978 and her brother David in 1966 as well as her maternal grandparents, Charles and Lucille (Blick) Fisher and paternal grandparents, Theodore and Margaret (Marx) Springer.
    Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 - 7:00 at the Shuda Funeral Chapel - Stevens Point. A Bible Vigil will be prayed at 6:00 PM. Visitation will also be from 9:30 - 10:15 AM at the Church on Monday.
    Services for Judy will be at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church at 10:30 AM Monday. Rev Dennis Stanchik officiating.
    Burial will be at Linwood Union Cemetery, Stevens Point.
    Judy's family would like to thank Ministry Home Care and Hospice for their gentle and special care and St. Michaels Oncology department for their care during Judy's last years. A memorial in lieu of flowers will be established in Judy's name.
