    Obituary:
    Robert W. "Bucker" Van Thull, age 77, Combined Locks, passed away unexpectedly Monday, November 24th at St. Elizabeth's hospital. He was born October 11, 1931, the son of Anton and Evelyn Van Thull. Following graduation from Kimberly High School, he enlisted in the United States Marines and served on the front lines during the Korean War. On May 9, 1956, he was united in marriage to Carol J. Wurdinger at Holy Name Catholic Church, Kimberly. Together they celebrated 52 years of friendship and love. Prior to his retirement, Bob owned and operated Van Thull's Bakery. Robert enjoyed baking, spending time with his family and taking care of his grandchildren, especially his great-granddaughter Aubree. He was famous for his chocolate chip cookies and chocolate-filled donuts. The Van Thulls are longtime parishioners of Holy Spirit Parish, and Bob was a member of the American Legion Post 60, Kimberly.
    Robert is survived by his loving wife, Carol; eight children and many grandchildren and a great-granddaughter: Tony Van Thull, Bill Van Thull and his son, Scott, Linda (Mark) Cigainero and their daughter Alyssa, Jeanne Van Thull-Mongin (and special friend Brad Vanden Boogaard) and her children Andy (his daughter Aubree Rose Hanson and special friend Abby Frank), Samantha and Katelyn, Joe (Luann) Van Thull and their children Cody and Kayla, Steve (Dawn) Van Thull and their children Ashley, Elizabeth and Coleton, Don (Heather) Van Thull and their children Tyler, Ashley, Skyelar, Shaelamar, Raven and Micah and Mike Van Thull. Special family members: Lola and Larry Dorn. He is further survived by three sisters: Catherine Schaefer, San Jose, CA; Sister Theresa, O.P., Racine, WI; Sister Virgine O.S.F., Manitowoc, WI; three sisters-in-law: Dorothy Van Thull, West Allis; Patricia Van Thull, St. Louis, MO; four brothers-in-law: Dennis Van Dinter, Eugene and Marian Vandenberg, Ralph and Caroline Wurdinger, Bud and Marie Wurdinger, Pat and Kathy Wurdinger and many nieces and nephews.
    He was preceded in death by his parents Anton and Evelyn Van Thull, father- and mother-in-law Everett and Nellie Wurdinger, an infant daughter Mary, Lisa Larson, Zachary Schubert, three sisters: Ann Van Gompel, Christine Niesen and Becky Van Lanen, four brothers: Arnold Van Thull, Charles Van Thull, Joseph Van Thull and Thomas Van Thull, a sister-in-law Sharon Van Dinter.
    The funeral mass for Bob will be celebrated at 12 p.m. Saturday, November 29, 2008, at HOLY SPIRIT PARISH, KIMBERLY CAMPUS, 600 E. Kimberly Ave., with Fathers David Beaudry and Quinn Mann concelebrating. Visitation will begin Saturday at the church at 10 a.m. until the time of mass. He will be laid to rest at Holy Name Cemetery, Kimberly. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund in Bob's name is being established by his family.
    Robert's family would like to express their sincere thanks to the Manderfield family for their close friendship and support. We'll miss you, Dad. Love, your family.

    Anton "Tony" Francis Van Thull, age 56, Appleton, WI, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, June 30. He was born February 9th, 1957, the son of Robert and Carol Van Thull. A graduate of Kimberly High School, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, fantasy football, the farmer's market, and most of all the Green Bay Packers. He loved his brother Joe's raspberry rolls and helping his brothers bake. He loved horses and spending time at Sunday breakfast with his family.
    He is survived by: mother Carol, 7 brothers and sisters: Bill Van Thull; Linda (Mark) Cigainero and their daughter Alyssa; Jeanne (Bradley) Vanden Boogaard and their children Andy (Abby, and daughter Aubree), Samantha, Katelyn (Clint), Matt and Brett; Joe (Luann) Van Thull and their children Cody (Allie) and Kayla (Levi, and daughter Taelynn); Steve (Dawn) Van Thull and their children Ashley, Elizabeth, and Coleton; Don Van Thull and his children Tyler (Melissa, and son Caleb), Ashley, Skyelar, Raven, Shaelamar, Hannah, and Micah; Mike Van Thull. He is survived also by special nephew Scott Van Thull (Beth), friends Lola and Larry Dorn, and many Aunts, Uncles and friends.
    He is preceded in death by his father Robert Van Thull, sister Mary Van Thull, grandparents Anton and Evelyn Van Thull, Everett and Neli Wurdinger, Lisa Larson and Zachary Schubert.
    The funeral liturgy for Tony will be held on Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at 11:00 AM at HOLY SPIRIT CATHOLIC CHURCH, 601 E. Kimberly Ave. with Fr. Robert Kollath officiating.
