    Obituary:
    Charles Dietzen of Appleton, passed away surrounded by his loving family at Appleton Retirement Center on Monday, May 14, 2012. He was born in Darboy on July 7, 1919 to the late Peter and Mary (Johann) Dietzen. Charles married Gladys Lopas on October 9, 1936 and she preceded him in death. He was employed as a truck driver for CW Transport. He later became an instructor at Fox Valley Technical College in their truck driving program and trained truck drivers for U.S. Oil. Charles helped organize the Inland Lakes Rehabilitation District in Townsend, WI. He was a member of Chapter 73 of the CCC. He enjoyed working in his garage building bird houses and anything else made of wood. Fishing and hunting at their cottage in Townsend occupied most of his "retired" spare time.
    He is survived by his sons: Ronald (Becky), Robert (Mary) and Ted (Norma); 17 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; a sister, Elizabeth and a brother, Eugene.
    Charles was preceded in death by his wife; sons: Kenneth and James; sisters: Rosella (Earl) Pogrant and Mary Ann (Richard) Endter.
    Funeral services for Charles will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, May 18, 2012 at the funeral home with Deacon Rick Simon officiating. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park, Appleton. Friends may visit the family from 11:00 AM until the time of service on Friday.
    Charles's family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Appleton Retirement Community and especially Community Care for their compassionate care and concern.

    Theodore "Ted" Dietzen 68, of Black Creek, died Sunday August 5, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Hospital. He was born in Appleton, July 31, 1944, son of the late Charles and Gladys (Lopes) Dietzen. Ted married Norma (Koentopp) on September 16, 1999.
    Ted owned and operated Ted's Auto Repair and Salvage for over 30 years. He enjoyed gardening, playing darts, pool, and attending area car races. His biggest enjoyment came with spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, and great-granddaughter.
    Ted is survived by his loving wife of 12 years, Norma; daughter, Kelly Dietzen, Appleton; three sons, Ricky Dietzen , Black Creek, Randy (Deb) Dietzen, Neenah, and Rodney (Christine) Dietzen, Oshkosh; six grandchildren, Andrew, Evan, Walker, Lucas, Amanda Cibak, and Jordan Cibak; great granddaughter, Gracie Lee; two brothers, Ronald (Becky) Dietzen, Townsend, and Bob (Mary Ellen) Dietzen, Seymour; sister-in-law, Mary Dietzen, Neenah; and many other relatives and close friends. He was preceded in death by a brother, Jim.
    Funeral service will be 4:00PM on Thursday August 9, 2012 at ST. JOHN EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH (N3505 Hwy 47, Appleton) with Rev. Jeffrey Suhr officiating. Visitation will be at the church on Thursday from 2:00PM until the time of service.
    Ted's family would like to extend a special thank you to the entire nursing staff at St. Elizabeth Hospital, especially his nurse Jon, and Dr. Karl Baum for their care and compassion.

He was employed at Badger Northland and also the Community Blood Center where he enjoyed driving for 7 years as a couier until his retirement. Mr. Pogrant served his country in the U.S. Army Reserves. He loved his family.

    Obituary:
    Manitowoc - Michael J. Pogrant, age 48, of Manitowoc, passed away peacefully early Thursday morning, June 14, 2018 at the Manitowoc Health & Rehabilitation Center with his loving family at his side.

    Michael was born in Kaukauna on April 24, 1970, son of Eileen (Coenen) Pogrant and the late William Pogrant. He was a 1989 graduate of Little Chute High School. Michael served in the United States Marine Corps from 1989 until 1993. He worked for Eggers Manufacturing in Neenah retiring in 2007 due to disability.

    Survivors include his mother: Eileen Pogrant, Ruskin, FL; two brothers and one sister-in-law: Jeff Pogrant, Kaukauna; Don (Chris) Pogrant, Kaukauna; two sisters and one brother-in-law: Karen Williams, Rothschild; Robin (Dan) Gavigan, Franksville, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his father, grandparents and one sister-in-law: Kathy Pogrant.

    A Memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 29, 2018 at the Connection Church, 1455 North Rapids Road, Manitowoc. Pastor Chris Gilbert will officiate. Relatives and friends may call at the church on Friday from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the service at 4:00 p.m. Military Honors will be accorded at the church following the service.
