Obituary:
Lee R. Peters, Kaukauna, age 47, died on Sunday, January 10, 2010, at Appleton Medical Center. He was born December 24, 1962, to the late Leroy and Adeline (Baeten) Peters in Kaukauna. Lee was a graduate of Kaukauna High School, Class of 1982 and was employed at Jack's Pizza for over 25 years. He loved camping at Legend Lake and taking outdoor pictures. He also enjoyed dancing, spending time with his family, and his dog "Benji."
He is survived by his son, Alex; two brothers: Tom (Pam) Peters and Jim (Pam) Peters; three sisters: Jeanne (Howard) Cleaves, Mary (Pete) Smet, and Kathy (Bill) Seefeldt. He is further survived by nephews: Mike and Matt Peters, Gregory Smet, Lukas and Cody Seefeldt, Nicholas and Tyler James Briski; nieces: Nicole (Dan) Briski, Katie and Emily Peters, Jeanine and Christie Cleaves, Julie (Cleaves) Honick, and Nevaeh Honick; special friends: Mike and Malakai Peterson, and Sarah Diedrich.
Lee's Funeral Service will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, January 14, 2010, at the Boettcher Family Funeral Home, 2401 Fieldcrest Drive, Kaukauna, (920-766-2099). Friends may call on Thursday at the Funeral Home from 3 p.m. until the time of service.
