    Rosemary M. Kramer, age 81, p assed away at 3:00 a.m. Thursday, February 17th, 2000 at Rice Parkside Ca re Center, Little Chute after a brief illness. She was born in New Londo n. Rosemary was a full-time mother. Survivors include two daughters a nd sons in law Kathy and Clifford Brockman, of Little Chute; Linda and Rog er Kahler, of Menasha; four sons and three daughters in law, William and L aDonna Biese, of Oklahoma, James and Connie Biese, of Colorado, Gene and D ar Biese, of Little Chute and Gerald Bise, of Appleton. and two brothers a nd a sister in law Irvin Verhagen and Eugene and Rita Verhagen all of Kauk auna, 15 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephew s, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Stev e, Melvin and Jerome Verhagen, two sisters Regina Swanningson, and Johan na Fink, four sons, Thomas, Dennis, Marvin, and Gary Biese, her parents Lo uis and Catherine Verhagen, her husband William Kramer, and nephews. Fune ral services will be at Saturday, February 19th, 2000 at 2:30 p.m. with Re v. Harvey Kandler officiating.

    Little Chute - Eugene M. "Gene" Biese, age 74, of Little Chute, reached the final goal line while surrounded by his loving family on February 18, 2018. He was born on June 3, 1943, son of Vincent and Rose Mary (Kramer) Biese. Gene proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He worked at the Combined Locks paper mill for many years before his retirement. In November of 1994, Gene married Darlene Nechkash. Together they shared many memorable trips to the land in Wild Rose and also to the Casino. Gene also loved to collect antiques. He mostly loved time spent with his family, and was a great father and grandfather.
    Gene is survived by his son, Brian Biese; step children: Brenda (Renee Younk) Bruhn, Jim (fiancé, Anita) Nechkash and Wanda Nechkash; grandchildren: Dylan, Trevor and Logan Biese, Natasha McKay, Eva Franklin, Jake McKay; Chyenne (Drake) Fischer and Dakota Nechkash; siblings: Cat (Cliff) Brockman, Linda (Roger) Kahler, Jerry Biese and Jim (Connie) Biese; and a special friend, Joyce.
    Gene was preceded in death by his wife, Darlene and his brothers, Bill and Gary Biese.
    Memorial services will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, March 3, 2018, at the Verkuilen-Van Deurzen Family Funeral Home, 101 Canal Street, Little Chute.
