Notes:

ADOPTED 1918. From the Gruhl-Schroeder Family Tree: his "biological parents were Andrew Miller and Mary Driessen Miller, who died Mar 1902. Andrew remarried later, but did not reassemble the family." Mary and Wilhelmina were half-sisters. Their mother, Mary Tillemans, was married first to Antone Kobussen, who died when Wilhelmina was an infant. She then married John Driessen, and the couple had ten children, including Arthur's mother."
