    WASHINGTON (UPI) - A third Wisconsin seaman was aboard the missing submarine Scorpion, according to the an expanded list of crewmen. He is Robert B. Smith, machinist's mate 2nd class, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard W. Smith of rural Burlington. Smith's wife, Mrs. Julie S. Smith, lives in Norfolk, Va. Previously listed as Scorpion crewmen were Richard G. Schaeffer, electronic technician 2nd class, Kenosha, and James K. Brueggeman, machinist's mate 1st Class, Appleton.
