    Evelyn A. Tetzlaff, 88, Appleton, died Saturday, Feb. 12, 2011, at the Appleton Health Care Center after suffering from a long illness. She was born June 8, 1922, the daughter of the late Ewald and Amanda (Raddatz) Tetzlaff.
    Evelyn was a lifelong member of St. Peter Lutheran Church in the Town of Freedom, where she was baptized and confirmed. She was employed for many years at Zwicker's Knitting Mill. She will be well remembered for her love of cooking, baking, crochet and plastic needlework.
    She is survived by one sister, Arline Techlin, one sister-in-law, Dorothy Tetzlaff, two nieces, Sheryll Techlin and Beverly Tetzlaff, all of Appleton; three nephews, Lloyd Techlin, Rick Tetzlaff, both of Appleton; Terry Tetzlaff, Green Bay; and other relatives and friends.
    She is preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Gilbert Tetzlaff; one brother-in-law, Robert Techlin; and two nieces, Audrey Symons and Charlotte Tetzlaff.
    Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2011, at St. Peter Ev. Lutheran Church, N2749 French Road, Freedom, with Pastor Dustin Sievert officiating. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
    The family wishes to thank Dr. Robert Fox and his staff and the staff of Appleton Health Care Center and Thedacare Hospice. They also wish to thank the many family and friends for the cards and prayers.

    Arline Marie Techlin, age 92 of the Town of Center, passed away peacefully Monday morning, April 25, 2016, at The Bridges in Appleton. Arline was born November 1, 1923, in the Town of Freedom, the daughter of Ewald and Amanda (Raddatz) Tetzlaff. She was baptized and confirmed at St. Peter Lutheran Church, in the Town of Freedom.
    On December 27, 1952, Arline married Robert Techlin, at St. Peter Lutheran Church. Robert preceded Arline in death on January 28, 2010.
    Arline was a member of St John Evangelical Lutheran Church. She enjoyed her home and working on the family farm.
    Arline is survived by her son and daughter, Lloyd and Sheryll Techlin; niece, Beverly Tetzlaff; and two nephews, Terry and Ricky Tetzlaff.
    In addition to her parents, Arline is preceded in death by her husband, Robert; in-laws, Walter and Ida (Bevernitz) Techlin; sister, Evelyn Tetzlaff; brother and sister-in-law, Gilbert and Dorothy Tetzlaff; and two nieces.
    Family and friends may call on Thursday, April 28, 2016, from 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., at St John Evangelical Lutheran Church, N3505 Hwy 47, Appleton. Funeral Services for Arline will be held at 11:00 a.m., in the church, with the Revs. Jeffrey Suhr and Micah Martin co-officiating. Entombment will be in Highland Memorial Park.
    In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church Building Fund.

    Gilbert A. Tetzlaff, Appleton, passed away Monday morning, February 18, 2008, at his home following a courageous battle with cancer. He was born January 13, 1928, son of the late Ewald and Amanda (Raddatz) Tetzlaff. On September 6, 1952, he was united in marriage to Dorothy Schroeder at First English Lutheran Church in Appleton. Gilbert was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in the Town of Center. He farmed most of his life and enjoyed dancing in his younger years, watching Big Joe on TV playing cards with family, friends and running a combine.
    Gilbert is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Dorothy; his children: Beverly Tetzlaff, Appleton; Terry Tetzlaff, Green Bay and Rick Tetzlaff, Appleton; son-in-law, William Symons Sr., Appleton grandchildren: Heather (Adam) Risley, PA; Michele (Darin) Hagerty, MA; Will (Michelle) Symons Jr., Appleton; and his great-grandchildren. He is further survived by his sisters: Evelyn Tetzlaff, Appleton; Arline (Robert) Techlin, Appleton; brother-in-law, Carl (Therese) Schroeder; sisters-in-law: Lorraine, Dorothy and Marlene Schroeder; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends and neighbors.
    He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Charlotte and daughter, Audrey Symons; mother-in-law, father-in-law, Charles and Luella Schroeder; brothers and sisters-in-law: Harold Schroeder; Howard (Ardelle and Janie) Schroeder; Gordon (Betty) Schroeder; Gilbert Schroeder; Carlton Schroeder; Lois Schroeder and Julius Schroeder.

    Obituary:
    Alice A. Sanders, age 87, of Appleton, passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2015, at Brewster Village, after a six year battle with Dementia. She was born on April 7, 1928, in Freedom, the daughter of the late William and Hilda (Raddatz) Tetzlaff.
    On May 11, 1957, Alice married Alva H. Sanders at St Peter Lutheran Church in Freedom. Alva preceded Alice in death on December 2, 1999.
    Alice worked at Kaukauna Community Hospital for ten years before moving to St. Elizabeth's Hospital for twenty five years as a nurse to many babies. Following her retirement, she moved to the Suring area for a time.
    Alice is survived by her four sons, David, Randy, Bill and Bob all of Kaukauna; daughter, Sue Reed of Neenah; four grandchildren Kelly Pugh, Cory (Melanie) Sanders, Shawna Reed, and Spencer Reed; and six great grandchildren, Destiny, Lily, Caleb, Jaxson, Austin and Jakala. She is further survived by her sister, Irene Tetzlaff; and many nieces and nephews.
    In addition to her parents, and husband Alva, Alice is preceded in death by her infant brother, Arthur; sister, Erma Roth; mother and father-in-law; brothers-in-law, George Roth Jr and Oliver Sanders; and sisters-in-law, Katherine Sewel and Grace Schwartzkopf.
    Family and friends may call on Tuesday, November 3, 2015, from 9 a.m.-10:45 a.m., at St Peter Lutheran Church, N2749 French Road, Appleton. A Funeral Service for Alice will be held at 11 a.m., in the church, with the Rev. Tim Glende officiating. Burial will be in the Community Lutheran Cemetery.

    Erma Roth, Kaukauna, age 81, died on Thursday December 27, 2012 at Rennes Health Care Center in DePere after a brief illness. She was born July 8, 1931 in Freedom, daughter of the late William and Amanda (Raddatz) Tetzlaff. On June 6, 1959 Erma married George Roth, Jr. from Wittenberg. The couple resided in Kaukauna their entire married lives. George Jr. preceded her in death on February 6, 1988. Erma was active in community events and participated in many fundraising activities. She served as past president of the local chapter of the Ladies Auxiliary and was passionate about veteran affairs. She was a very active member of Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church. Erma enjoyed spending time with family and watching her grand nieces grow; she also was an incredible cook.
    She is survived by a son, Marvin (LuAnne) Roth, Stephenson, MI; 2 daughters, Dr. Karla Roth, DePere and Ann Roth, Darboy; sisters, Alice Sanders, Appleton and Irene Tetzlaff, DePere, numerous nieces and nephews.
    She was preceded in death by her husband, George Roth, Jr., an infant brother, Arthur, and a brother-in-law, Alva "Sandy" Sanders.
    Funeral Services for Erma will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, 4, 2013 at TRINITY EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 804 Grignon St., Kaukauna with Rev. Tim Wilkens officiating. Friends may call on Thursday January 3, 2013 at BOETTCHER FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 2401 Fieldcrest Dr., Kaukauna from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and again on Friday directly at Church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service.     Obituary:
    Irene Tetzlaff, Kaukauna, age 83, passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2017, at Woodside Lutheran Home in Ashwaubenon after several years of struggle with Alzheimer's. She was born August 1, 1934 in Freedom, daughter of the late William and Hilda (Raddatz) Tetzlaff. Irene was devoted to family and an active member of St. Peter Lutheran Church. She was a very good baker and enjoyed making desserts for family and friends. She is survived by nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by an infant brother, her sisters Alice Sanders and Erma Roth, and brothers-in-law Alva "Sandy" Sanders and George Roth, Jr.
    Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, October 13, 2017 at St. Peter Ev. Lutheran Church, 2740 N. French Rd. with Pastor Jim Fleming officiating. Burial will be in the Parish Cemetery. Friends may call directly at the church from 9:00 am until the time of service.
