    Obituary:
    Rita H. Becher, 91, of Seymour, passed away Monday morning, March 19, 2018, at her home surrounded by her family following a brief fight with cancer. She was born July 29, 1926 daughter of the late Earl and Catherine (Van Asten) Nichols.
    On October 19, 1944 she was united in marriage to Francis Becher. He preceded her death on August 28, 1994.
    Rita was a faithful member of St. John Catholic Church in Seymour.
    She drove school bus for Huettl's for 39 years and enjoyed all of the students throughout the years, having transported a few generations of kids.
    Rita enjoyed birds, watching the chickens, flowers, and all of her pets throughout the years. The very most important thing to Rita was raising her family and watching all of her grandchildren grow.
    She is survived by her children: Mary (John) Valenta, Frank (Jean) Becher, Ray (Lil) Becher, Larry Becher, Marcie (Phillip) Stover, Alice (Lyle) Burmeister, and Joe Becher; 22 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchildren; sister, Alice Joosten; nieces and nephews.
    In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two grandsons: Glenn Becher and Jeffrey Stephani; great-great-grandson, Ryder Wilson; brother, Cyril Joosten; four brothers-in-law and three sisters-in-law.
    Friends may call at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 from 4-8 pm, with a prayer service at 7:30 pm. Visitation will continue at St. John Catholic Church, Seymour on Thursday, March 22, 2018 from 9:30 am until the funeral mass at 11:00 am with Father Brian Belongia and Deacon Rich Matuszak officiating. Burial will take place in parish cemetery.
    In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Rita's memory.

    Robert F. "B.J." Joosten, Little Chute, age 61, died unexpectedly Saturday November 9, 2013. He was born in Kaukauna on March 2, 1952 to Jerome "Shorty" and Alice (Nichols) Joosten. B.J. was a 28 year employee of the Paper Valley Hotel. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his bike and playing pool with his brothers, family and friends.
    Robert is survived by his mother, Alice, Little Chute; siblings: Tom (Sue), Appleton; Jerry Jr. (Patti Prahl), Menasha; Carol (Mario) Garcia, Kaukauna; Bill (Ann) Joosten, Kaukauna; Cyril, Little Chute; Patty (Dave) Seefeldt, Little Chute; his Godmother Rita Becker; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
    Robert was preceded in death by his father Jerome; sister Catherine (Steve Erdmann) Josephs; and Godfather Francis Becker.
    Visitation will be held Thursday November 14, 2013 at O'CONNELL FUNERAL HOME (1776 E. Main St. Little Chute) beginning at 4:00 p.m. until time of prayer service at 6:00 p.m. The Rev.     Jerome J. "Jerry" Joosten, Neenah, age 62, passed away Thursday, November 17, 2016 after a lingering illness. He was born in Little Chute on September 24, 1954 to Jerome "Shorty" and Alice (Nichols) Joosten. After high school, Jerry served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Panama. He married Regina Whitcomb on May 13, 1977. She preceded him in death in 2000 after 23 years of marriage. Jerry worked at Gibson's Iron Metal and Auto Salvage for 10 years and Miller Masonry for 20 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and shooting pool. Jerry loved watching college football, especially the Badgers.
    Jerry is survived by his mother, Alice Joosten, Little Chute; siblings: Tom (Sue), Appleton; Carol (Mario) Garcia, Kaukauna; Bill (Ann), Kaukauna; Cyril, Little Chute; and Patty (Dave) Seefeldt, Little Chute; special friend, Patti Prahl; and Patti's children and grandchildren. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
    In addition to his wife, Gina, Jerry is further preceded in death by his father, Jerome; brother, Bob; and sister, Cathy.
    Visitation will be held Monday, November 28, 2016 at O'CONNELL FUNERAL HOME (1776 E. Main Street Little Chute) beginning at 4:00 p.m. until time of Funeral at 6:00 p.m. The Rev.     Jeffrey "Jeff" Stephani, age 28, of Seymour passed away Monday evening, November 28, 2011 surrounded by family. He suffered from complications of brain cancer. In life, Jeff loved to construct and was always available to lend a hand. His humor enhanced the lives of those he knew with laughter and friendship. His passing leaves a hole in our hearts and he will be incredibly missed. He was born March 31, 1983, son of Jerome and Marcella (Becher) Stephani.
    Survivors include his parents, Jerome and Marcella Stephani; sisters: Jennifer Wade, Black Creek; Barbara D'Amico, Indiana; grandma, Rita Becher, Seymour; niece and nephews: Giulianna and Joey D'Amico, Preston Wade
