    Obituary:
    Eugene J. "Gene" Jenneman, age 80, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at his home in Appleton. Gene was born on August 30, 1931 in Little Chute, son of the late William and Katherine (Ryba) Jenneman. He graduated from Appleton High School in 1949. On May 24, 1954, he was married to Carol Brennecke at St. Therese Catholic Church in Appleton. Gene was a very loving and generous man. His greatest love was the time he spent with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Gene will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
    Gene is survived by his wife of 57 years, Carol; one daughter, Carrie (Paul) Kryszak; one son, Don (Cindy) Jenneman; his grandchildren, Kevin (Challa) Kryszak and Kristin Kryszak, Kelly (Chris) Dartsch, and Stacy and William Jenneman; his two great-grandchildren, Keenan Kryszak and Mason Dartsch; two sisters, Shirley (Jim) Running, and Irene Mittlestadt; and many other relatives and friends. He was further preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.
    A memorial service for Gene will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at VALLEY FUNERAL HOME, 2211 N. Richmond St., Appleton, with Deacon Tony Abts officiating. Friends may call on Saturday at the funeral home from 9 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorial contributions in Gene's name may be made to the National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin, 16655 West Bluemound Rd. Ste. 240, Brookfield, WI 53005. For information - 1-800-543-6393.
