    Cashton, Wis. - Austin Thomas Lei s, infant son of Thomas and Shelly Leis of Cashton died Wednesday, March 1 0, 2004, after a short time with his family at Methodist Hospital in Roche ster, Minn.He is survived by his parents, Thomas and Shelly; one 3-year-old sister, H ailey; grandparents, Paul and Donna Leis of Cashton, Sidney Slominski of S parta, Wis., and Thelma (Ron) Rowlee of Black River Falls, Wis.; great-gra ndfather, George Hurtz; plus numerous aunts and uncles; cousins and friend s.Private family funeral services were held Saturday, March 13, at Torkels on Page-Smith Funeral Home in Sparta, with the Rev. James Leary O.F.M. Ca p. officiating. Burial followed in St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery at Midd le Ridge, Wis. Torkelson Page-Smith Funeral Home in Sparta assisted the fa mily with arrangements.
