    Obituary:
    Mark M. Harn, age 72, of Neenah, passed away at Theda Clark Medical Center on Saturday, January 18, 2014. Mark was born on February 19, 1941, in Neenah, to the late Mac and Helen (Valeri) Harn. He married Jean Gurnee on September 1, 1961. Mark was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He proudly served his country for eight years in the United States Army Reserve. Mark was in the furniture business for over 45 years, notably as the owner of Harn's Furniture and as "The General" in his television advertising. He retired in 2013 due to health concerns. Mark was an accomplished golfer and his passion for golf never faded. He also enjoyed deer hunting, bowling, softball, his home in Florida, and foraging for hickory nuts, berries and asparagus. Mark especially enjoyed the time spent with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was a member of the Gideon's Society, was a member of the Neenah Lions Club for over 30 years, and enjoyed a reputation as a master pig roaster.
    Survivors include Jean, his wife of 52 years; his children, Wendy (Dennis) Jager; Lauri (Derrick) Wilz; his twin sons, Merlin (Teresa) Harn and Martin (Kim) Harn; his eleven grandchildren; his three great grandchildren; his sisters, Mimi (Bill) Pazurek and Mary (Allen) Stern; his brothers, Mike (Carol) Valeri, Merlin (Peggy) Harn, Milo (Yvonne) Harn, Matthew (Jeannine) Harn, Milty (Sue) Harn; and Melvin (Mary) Harn. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Alexis Harn; and his brothers Max and Manuel Harn.
    Funeral services will be at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 23, 2014, at CHRIST THE ROCK COMMUNITY CHURCH, W6254 Highway 10-114, Menasha, with Rev. Bill Lenz officiating. Visitation will be at the church on Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Appleton. A memorial has been established in his name. The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the staff of ICU at Theda Clark Medical Center for their loving care. The family would also like to thank David Gurnee for his decades of loyalty, dedication and friendship. Online condolences may be offered at www.wichmannfargo.com
