    Obituary:
Mary Ann Elizabeth (Wilson) Guyette, 87, formerly of Appleton, WI, passed away peacefully at her home in the Madison area, on Wednesday, September 19.
Mary Ann was born in Fond du Lac, WI, on October 16, 1924, the second daughter of the late Joseph and Kathryn (Mueller) Wilson. Mary Ann married Paul R. Guyette, also of Fond du Lac, on June 29, 1945. They lived in Fond du Lac, WI, Rockford, Il, Cleveland, OH, Appleton, WI, and Tucson, AZ.
Mary Ann was a skilled registered nurse, raised ten beautiful children, and alongside her husband, managed "Mary's 125 Shop", the lady's corner of Guyette's Ltd., in Appleton. Mary Ann was also an accomplished artist - expressing her creativity in painting and drawing in many interesting and unusual motifs. Above all else, Mary Ann enjoyed being home with family and friends. Her resilient, and at times irreverent, "Tough Swede" approach to life was the backbone of her family and will be dearly missed by all. Mary Ann remains always in our hearts and prayers.
Mary Ann is survived by her sons, Paul Thomas (Cross Plaines, WI); Philip (Newbury Park, CA); Joseph (Sun Prairie, WI) and daughters, Julie (Greenfield, WI); Mary Guyette-Gerth (Milwaukee, WI) and Anne Eisch (Neenah, WI). Mary Ann is preceded in death by her husband, Paul, her sons, Peter, Michael and Mark, as well as her daughter, Christine Harris.
Private memorial services were at Ryan Funeral Home in Madison on Friday, September 21. All are welcome to attend the entombment at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Appleton, WI, on Monday, September 24, at noon, followed by a reception at the home of Anne and Steve Eisch.
