    Obituary:
Peter Jay Guyette, 64, formerly of Appleton, WI, passed away peacefully in Madison, WI, on Sunday, April 1, 2012, in the presence of his loving daughters Dominique and Danielle.
Peter was born in Fond du Lac, WI, on February 8, 1948, the first child to Paul Richard and Mary Ann Elizabeth (Wilson) Guyette, both of Fond du Lac. He graduated Appleton East High School. Peter was a Master of many trades. Not only did he work with his family at Guyette's Ltd., a fine Men's clothing store in Appleton, but he also served the Appleton community for many years as a Master mechanic and a Master carpenter. Later in life Peter developed incredible culinary skills and had a huge following on a number of culinary blogs and chat groups. Peter embraced life with enthusiasm and did everything with passion and with precision. He will be dearly missed by all and remains always in our hearts and prayers.
Peter is survived by his daughters Dominique (Milwaukee) and Danielle (Appleton), his mother, Mary Ann Elizabeth (Wilson) Guyette (Marshall, WI), and his brothers and sisters: Julie (Marshall, WI), Paul Thomas (Cross Plaines, WI), Mary Guyette-Gerth (Milwaukee, WI), Anne Eisch (Neenah, WI), Philip (Newbury Park, CA) and Joseph (Sun Prairie, WI). Peter is preceded in death by his father, Paul Richard, his brothers, Mark and Michael and his sister, Christine Harris.
Memorial services will be held at the Brettschneider-Trettin-Nickel Funeral Chapel at 12 noon on Monday, April 9, 2012, with interment to follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral chapel on Monday from 11 am until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
