    FORMER KAUKAUNA WOMAN DIES AT HOME IN NEENAH Kaukaunn— Mrs. Mary Langdon. 78, died, at 12:l5 Wednesday morning at the home of her daughter Mrs. W. Mattewson, Neenah. She is survived by one son. Archie of this city, and a daughter, Mrs. Mattewson at Neenah Funeral services will be held at 1 o'clock Friday afternoon from the late home in Necnah. The body will be brought ht to Kaukanna for burial in Kelso cemetery. Mr. Langdon was born in Kaunkauna and lived here until about 10 years aso.

    Archie Langdon, 49, a member of the Kaukauna city fire department for the last 28 years, died at 3 o'clock Thursday afternoon at the home of his sister. Mrs. W. D. Mathewson, E. Franklin-ave, Neenah. Death fololwed an operation which was performed upon his throat some time ago. Mr. Langdon, came to Neenah three weeks ago to visit the sister, his only surviving relative, from whose home the funeral will be held at-1 o'clock Saturday afternoon. The services will be conducted by the Rev. D. C. Jones of the Presbyterian church. The body will be taken to Kaukauna for burial in Kelso cemetery.

    FIREMAN DIES AT HOME OF SISTER IN NEENAH
    Kaukauna — Archie Langdon, a member of the fire department, died noon at the home of his sister, Mrs. William Matthewson of Neenah, after a long illness. Mr. Langdon was one of the oldest men on the Kaukauna force and was only recently released from active service to permit him to go to the home of his sister where his brother fire fighters hoped he would recover. The body will be brought to Kaukauna for burial.

    Mrs. Harry Mathewson, 403 E. Franklin-ave, Neenah, died Friday evening at Neenah. She was a member of the E. F. U. of Presbyterian
    church. She is survived by her widower, and two children. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 Monday afternoon from the home and at 2

    Jean M. Remmel, formerly of Cecil Street, Neenah, 92, passed away on Sunday, November 4, 2006, at Wild Rose Manor, Wild Rose. She was born on November 30, 1913, in Oconto, Wis., daughter of the late William and Harriet (Langdon) Mathewson. Jean was united in marriage to Paul F. Remmel on April 29, 1933; he preceded her in death on August 29, 1988. Jean was a life time member of First Presbyterian Church in Neenah and was very involved with church activities. She had worked for the Twin City News Record for about ten years. She was a member of the Eastern Star. Jean was a Girl Scout leader, an excellent cook, and a wonderful singer. Jean is survived by, her four children, Donald (Lorraine) Remmel, Wild Rose; David (Janice) Remmel, Appleton; Doris (Dr. William) Krueger, Clintonville; and Dorothy "Dottie" McIntosh, Neenah; daughter-in-law, Mary Remmel, Appleton; 20 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Marian Eisch. She is further survived by, many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. Jean was preceded in death by, her son, Richard; three grandchildren; and one brother, Robert Mathewson. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2006, at First Presbyterian Church, 200 Church Street, Neenah, with the Rev. Richard Moore officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at the church. A memorial will be established.

    Dorothy J. "Dottie" McIntosh passed away Friday October 23, 2015 at the age of 61. Dottie was born October 13, 1954 to Paul and Jean Remmel in Neenah, WI.
    Dottie enjoyed cooking, swimming, dancing, and spending time with her family especially her grand children. Her potato salad was "world famous" and requested at every family gathering. She will always be remembered for living life her own way and for her generosity. She loved sharing recipes and even cooked while on a mission to Mississippi to help out after Hurricane Katrina.
    Dottie is survived by two sons: Eric Schmidt (Rebecca) and Daniel Schmidt (Megan); five grandchildren; Courtney, Leanna, Tanner, Cassandra, and Caitlin; one great grandchild, Chloe. She is also survived by two brothers: Donald Remmel (Lorraine), David Remmel (Janice); one sister, Doris Krueger (William); one sister-in-law, Mary Remmel; and numerous nieces and nephews.
    She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Richard Remmel. A special thank you to Kathy Pansy for all your help and support of our mother.
    A memorial service for Dottie will be held at 5:00 P.M. on Monday, October 26, 2015 at Neenah's Westgor Funeral Home, Rev. Jill Meyer officiating. A visitation will be held from 3:00 P.M. until the hour of service.
    In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in Dottie's name.
