Mrs. Fred Walker (Mary Witham) Appleton Age 97, died 3 p.m Monday at Parkside Care Center, Little Chute following a brief illness She was born December 20, 1878 in Waupaca County and had been an Appleton resident since 1896 he had been a member of Trinity Lu- theran Church and the Women's Relief Corps Mrs Walker was preceded in death by her daughter Emma Pres- lacka September 24, 1972. She is survived by several nieces and nephews Friends may call at the Wichmann Fu- neral Home from 10 a m. to 1 p m Wednesday, at which time the Rev James A Nelson will officiate at the complete funeral Interment will be in Riverside cemetery this spring. A mem- orial fund has been established for Trinity Lutheran Church.

Mrs. Emma R. Preslicka 1930 W. Wisconsin Ave. Age 62, passed away suddenly Sunday afternoon at 3:10 p.m. She was born March 26, 1910 in Appleton and had been an Appleton resident all of her lifetime. She was the owner of Emma's and Al's Bar at 1930 W. Wisconsin Ave. Her only immediate survivor is her mother, Mrs. Mary Walker, Appleton. Complete funeral arrangements will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday from the Wichmann Funeral Home with the Rev. James Nelson officiating. Burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery. Friends may call at the Wichmann Funeral Home from 7 to 9 Tuesday evening and on Wednesday morning from 8 a. m. until the time of the service.
