    Obituary:
    Age 64, Appleton, a Disabled Veteran of the Vietnam War, passed away at King Veteran's Home on Friday, March 8, 2013. He was born on January 14, 1949 to the late Sidney and Genevieve (Beschta) Hauert in Appleton. He served as a corpsman with the US Navy in Vietnam. Bob was a member of the Disabled American War Veterans. He worked in sales at Gimballs, Sears and Catholic Knights. Bob loved to read, fish and use his citizen band radio.
    Bob is survived by two sisters: Jean (Jerome) Schueler, Larson, and Mary (Bill) Dunsmoor, Green Bay and several nieces and nephews.
    He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters: Carol Hauert and Joyce Love.
    A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:30am on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 2331 E Lourdes Dr., Appleton with Fr. Rene Balbero officiating. Friends may visit directly at the church on Tuesday from 10:00am until the time of mass. Burial will take place at Riverside Cemetery, Appleton. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund to Disabled American Veterans has been established.
